我在HOTMAIL上发了近20次，收到的退信内容就是上面两种，奇怪的是，有1封能成功收到，但用了24小时，后面再发还是一样。 其他域收发都没问题。
再补充一点，我在此服务器的另一个域名，却能够正常收发hotmail的邮件。 同IP，同服务器配置，不同域名就可以。 怪！！
